Federal Marijuana Importation and Distribution Charges — Not Guilty Verdicts

Venue: United States District Court for the Southern District of California

Charges: Importation of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute

Outcome: Following a federal jury trial, attorney Samantha Greene secured not-guilty verdicts on both counts, leading to a full dismissal of the federal case.

Not Guilty of Attempted Murder
